The school greatly requires the co-operation of prents at all time. Their constant interests in the progress of their children will be greatly appreciated.
Parents are requested to see that their children wear tidy and proper school uniform.
Shirts & Blouses without buttons, leaking fountain pens, unpolished shoes etc. lead a student to adopt sloppy habits even in studies. Parents are informed that occasional reports from the teachers, principal are made in the school. They are requested to sign, this as a proof that they have read it, failure or refusal to do so may put the child to great inconvenience or result in being sent home.
When communicating with the school authorities in writing or by phone, they are requested to mention the class & section of their ward.
Parents, guardian and other person should not visit the classes or interview the teachers. Since members of the staff should be seen preferably in their free periods, appointment with a member of the staff should be arranged before.
Prolonged absence from school is injurious to the academic programme of the students. Hence it is completely discouraged. Family outing programme must be so planned that it coincides with the school holidays.
Parents are expected to attend Parent-Teacher meeting and other school functions to which they are regularly and cordially invited.
